About this listing
I will teach you how to use ImageJ to process an image stack and produce a volume rendering. I will first demonstrate with a standard image stack then I can work together with you to process your image stack.

The course takes about 1 hours over Google Meet. I will run the course when there are a minimum of 2 attendees. You will need to prepare an image stack with >100 images with reasonably good SNR.

The course is free.
