About this listing
We can lend you a katana microtome demo unit to use on your SEM to run SBFSEM experiment for a duration of two weeks. You will need a modern FEG-SEM and a backscattered electron detector. You will also need a well stained sample, ideally prepared using the UCSD-Ellismann protocol. The sample needs to be trimmed to <1mm thick and mounted on our aluminium sample pin.

We will send you the microtome and its accessories in a box. We will then guide you to set up the microtome on your SEM via video call.

About me
Based in Oxford, we are an innovative start-up company that designs and manufactures katana microtome.
