👩‍🔬👨‍🔬🎤 Become a vEM ambassador!

Are you interested in becoming a vEM Ambassador and receiving a travel award?

If you're attending a scientific conference and would like to help promote the vEM Community, consider applying for a vEM Ambassador Travel Award.  We are especially interested in Ambassadors attending conferences that are not primarily focused on microscopy, helping us introduce the vEM Community to new audiences.  As an Ambassador, you could present our poster or include a few slides about the community at the end of your presentation.

Travel Award

Eligible applicants may receive up to USD $250 to help cover travel expenses or conference registration fees. For more information or to express your interest, please contact us at [email protected].

Sponsorship

The 2026–2027 vEM Ambassador Program is sponsored by ZEISS, whose generous support enables us to expand the ambassador network and create new opportunities for outreach, learning, and collaboration.

If your organisation is interested in sponsoring a future Ambassador Program or another vEM Community initiative, we'd love to hear from you at [email protected].
